Q1. How do I pay for the snacks that I purchased from here?

A1. The payment method we chose is Cash on Delivery. After you made order, we will collect your order along with the other orders and deliver to you in a row. You are advised to prepare exact amount of money since we may have no balance to give you if you pay extra.

Q2. Where can I get my orders upon my purchase?

A2. We will drop by all the inasis cafe for you to redeem your order and pay       on that moment.

Q3. Can I refund or exchange my goods if the goods are expired etc? 

A3. You can refund or exchange your goods only if the following happens:

      i. The goods are expired.

      ii. The goods are found cannot be consumed anymore due to the                   broken packaging.

      iii. The good are not as what you ordered.

     Only condirion (i) and (ii) can be refunded or exchanged within 3 days. The

     rest are to be done on the moment.
